Still hadn't received my card
Just rang and was told last batch went out on Friday and should arrive early next week
If they don't then reckon you should ring and they will arrange collection at the stadium at the first home game

I've changed to. Phoned yesterday and they told me they have posted the new cards yesterday

Was told to upgrade my 2 boys for Bournemouth game would be £41 then to can forard the ticket. Anyone else done this. I thought you just forwarded an U16 and then the buyer pays the upgrade??

Just read on the letter that came, that if you can't make a game and don't forward your ticket to a friend/sell it, then you can donate it to the West Ham foundation for the game so they can give it to someone who might not be able to go to games otherwise.
Seems decent, if it's as it sounds.

Were you one last year? If so I believe provided you didn't change seats that you use the same card.
If not, then who knows! It seems they always leave it quite close to the wire.
